READ College are delighted to be awarding two Scholarships for the 2018 academic year, as part of The Stage Scholarships scheme. Each will be worth £3787.50, which is 50% of the annual tuition fees.
One scholarship will be awarded to an applicant on our One Year Foundation Course in Acting, and the other to an applicant on our One Year Foundation Course in Musical Theatre.
In order to be eligible to audition for the READ College/Stage Scholarship, students will first have to be offered a place at the college via one of our regular audition days. Once a student has been offered a place at the college and enrolled on one of our Foundation Courses, they will then be invited to a Scholarship Recall audition on June 7th 2018. Students who have not yet been offered places or completed their enrolment process will not be able to attend the recall, so please make sure that you apply in plenty of time.
Please note that, in order to be able to take part in The Stage Scholarship recall, you will need to apply for a regular audition by May 14th, as our final round of auditions before the scholarship recall will be on May 17th.
As well as being awarded the £3787.50 scholarship, students will also be featured in The Stage winners’ edition and also invited to the official presentation of the scholarships at an event in London.
